To celebrate the arrival of early summer, the Rooftop Bar unveils a special selection of three unique margaritas. Each handcrafted creation is infused with refreshing scents like yuzu and tomato, offering a delightful balance of sweet and tart flavors that perfectly capture the essence of the season. 

Enjoy the stunning city skyline from the semi-open terrace where you can bask in the refreshing night breeze while sipping on cocktails. 


Milanese Margarita 
Patron Silver Tequila, Italicus Bergamot Liqueur, Lime Juice, Agave Syrup, Tomato, Truffle Salt

Savor a unique blend infused with the delicate sweetness of Silver Tequila, complemented by Italian notes of bergamot and summer tomatoes, and the subtle aroma of truffles. Crafted with precision, this transparent tomato cocktail offers a clear and smooth texture, ensuring a sophisticated experience.

Japonita
Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila, Homemade Japanese Grapefruit Syrup, Lavender Tea Infused Cointreau, Japanese Grapefruit, Lime Juice, Yukari, Griotte Cherry

This cocktail combines the rich and deep flavor of premium tequila aged in bourbon barrels with the refreshing citrus and herbal notes of Kawachi Bankan grapefruit and lavender tea. The homemade Kawachi Bankan syrup, made using the "Oleo-Saccharum" technique of infusing fruit peels in sugar strikes a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness from the Japanese grapefruit. Enjoy it with red shiso, a prized Japanese herb.
