The Tavern - Grill & Lounge 「Festive Dinner」

The city comes alive during this time of year so why not enjoy fresh local ingredients filled with natural flavors of the season?

At this Christmas dinner offered only for 3 nights, the chef’s specialties feature carefully selected Japanese ingredients such as lobster and Japanese black beef. The fresh and flavorful grilled lobster in the fish course is served with an original bisque sauce with rich aromas of Ki No Bi, a Japanese gin produced by a distillery in Kyoto. The main dish is a tenderloin of Japanese black beef, which is baked in a high-temperature oven covered with lava stones to give it a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The fruity, delicate, and deeply flavored sauce, which is made with an abundance of Muscat Bailey A, Japan's symbolic black grape variety, will be served with the meat.
